1. General settings

1.1. The owner of the Online Store www.epood.raschsalong.eu (hereinafter Rasch tapeedisalong Online Store) is Karatto OÜ (registry code 10194790), located at Punane road 54, Tallinn.
1.2. Shopping in the online store is possible for:
1.2.1. private person;
1.2.2. legal entities registered in Estonia.

2. Validity of sales contract, product and price information.

2.1. The prices sold through Rasch tapeedisalong Online Store have been specified for the products. All prices include value added tax of 20%. A delivery fee will be added to the price or in some cases, a delivery offer is sent to de client by e- mail. For a large order, the seller has the right to increase the delivery price by notifying the buyer.
2.2. Product details have been given with the respective product at Rasch tapeedisalong Online Store.
2.3. Product photos are illustrative.

3. Order placement

3.1.  To order goods you must add products to the cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields and choose a suitable delivery method. After checking the availability of the goods and the possibility of delivery, the buyer will be sent an invoice by e-mail.
3.2. Order is completed only when seller has received a prepayment.
3.3.  If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because their supply has run out or due to another reason, the purchaser will be informed thereof as soon as possible and the money paid (including the delivery fee) will be returned not later than 7 days as of the receipt of the notice.
3.4. The orders made via the Online Store are processed on during salon working hours Mo–Fri 10.00-19.00, Sat 11.00-17.00. This also applies for the delivery method “I will pick up the goods myself”.
3.5. The buyer is obliged to collect his goods from the showroom within two weeks time  from the moment of receiving the notification from the seller about the order having been delivered. Seller has the right to apply a storage fee in the amount of 1% of the order cost per day.

4.Delivery

4.1.  The goods are delivered in the territory of Estonia( to other countries by agreement).
4.2. When placing an order, only 3 ways of receiving the goods are visible. The buyer can find out about other delivery options by writing to the email raschsalong@gmail.com.
4.3. Deliveries usually reach the destination specified by the purchaser within 5- 7 working days as of entry into force of the sales agreement.
4.4. The purchaser will be informed by phone or via e-mail when the goods are ready to be collected.

5.Right of withdrawal

5.1. After receiving the order the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into at the Online Store within 14 days.
5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
5.3. Internet shop goods can be returned or internet order can be cancelled only if same goods are available as the showroom stock and are returned in the original packaging without any damage ( incl. physical).
5.4. In the case of an individual order, the return of the goods is not possible, only in the case of a defect in the goods. In case of cancellation of an individual order, the prepayment is not refundable.
5.5. If the goods have been used for other purposes than necessary for verifying the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or there are signs of use or wear, Rasch tapeedisalong Online Store shall have the right to reduce the returned fee according to the decreased value of the goods.
5.6. Buyer shall immediately inspect the goods upon receipt for the existence of possible mechanical damage, as any subsequent claims will be denied.
5.7. Buyer commits to read through the wallpaper application manual and consider all individual features of the product as all later complaints received after application of the product or opening the packaging will be denied.
5.8. To return the goods, you must submit a free-form application by e-mail raschsalong@gmail.com
5.9. The purchaser shall incur the costs of returning the goods, except when the goods are returned because they do not comply with the order (e.g. wrong or defective product).
5.10. The returned goods must be unused and in the original package. The packaging of the goods must be in good condition and clean. The commercial appearance of the product must be fully preserved.
5.11. Rasch tapeedisalong Online Store will immediately return all payments received from the purchaser under the contract upon receiving the returned not later than within 14 days as of receipt of the application for withdrawal.

6. Right to submit claims

6.1. The online store Rasch tapeedisalong is responsible for the discrepancy between the goods sold to the buyer, the terms of the contract or for a defect that was already present at the time the item was handed over.
6.2. Rasch tapeedisalong Online Store is not liable for the depreciation/damage of the product.
6.3. In the event of a deficiency, the purchaser has the right to contact Karatto OÜ within 6 months by sending an e-mail to raschsalong@gmail.com
6.4. Karatto OÜ is not liable for the deficiencies that have arisen after the transfer thereof to the purchaser.
6.5. If the product purchased from the Rasch tapeedisalong online store has defects for which the online store is responsible, then the online store will replace the defective item. If the product cannot be replaced, the online store will refund all costs associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
6.6. Seller is not responsible for the original color or texture of the goods varying from the computer images. If unsure of the actual color or texture, it is strongly recommended to visit  the showroom in order to check the quality of the product. Such difference in the actual product is not accepted as a reason for order cancellation.
6.7. Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the calculation of the total amount of product.
6.8. The online store responds to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing within 14 days.

7. Direct marketing and processing of personal data

7.1. The Rasch tapeedisalong Online Store uses the personal data provided by the purchaser (incl. name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the purchaser.
7.2.  The Rasch tapeedisalong Online Store shall forward the persona data to companies providing delivery services for them to deliver the goods.

8. Settlement of Disputes

8.1. If the purchaser has complaints about the Online Store, they send these to the e-mail address raschsalong@gmail.com
8.2. If the purchaser and the Online Store fail to resolve the dispute by way of negotiations, the purchaser has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
8.3. Karatto OÜ shall not be liable for the damages caused to the customer or delay of product if the damage or delay has been caused by circumstances which Karatto OÜ could not have influenced and could not reasonably have been expected (force majeure).
